Local Businesses: Almond At Home
Almond, in Bridgehampton, is a mainstay restaurant in the area that has crowds lining up for the warm vibe and excellent, uncomplicated French dishes that emphasize seasonal and local ingredients.

The eatery has two other locations, in Manhattan and Palm Beach, but the Hamptons is where it started. Almond is turning 20 this year, and owners Jason Weiner, who is the chef, and Eric Lemonides are commemorating the occasion with the launch of Almond at Home.
Available only for pickup right now, the initiatives has three components:
Almond Wine list, starting at $35 a month, is a selection of 1, 3 or 5 bottles of wine that Lemonides has picked from Almond’s cellar and that are among his favorites.

Almond Pantry Share, starting at $50 a month, is a box full of Weiner’s top food finds. They vary but could include house cured olives or smoked meats, nuts from around the world and garnishes and sauces such as smoked sriracha.

Then there’s the Almond Dinner Box, which is what I’m eyeing. Starting at $70 a month, it includes either dinner for 2 or 4 people. The dishes are all created by Weiner and come with all garnishes and sides.
